The Client: This start-up came to me with a revolutionary new idea, and were eager to launch asap.

The Challenge: They needed a brand guide so that their staff could talk about their brand easily, and all team members would be on the same page. Plus they needed their entire website written in a succinct, fun and engaging way…and fast.

The Solution: With a one-week turnaround, I developed the brand voice guide for Magazine Jukebox, wrote their mission statement, plus all pages of their site.

I honed in on key words the CEO used, and splashed it with fun personality and straightforward explanations of a complex blend of technologies. I researched all 3 of their avatars (business owners, publishers, and advertisers) and nailed the benefits this platform offers each.

Sales were low for this photographer, and she was concerned that her website was missing something. I offered a free consultation, helped clarify business goals & target audience. Her prior copy was missing the opportunity to showcase the unique benefits that her style of photography offers. I rewrote her home page, ensuring that her benefits were evident from the start. I kept her personality and tone, while making her business irresistibly legendary.

The Client: Coach Chuck was shifting his coaching career in a new direction, leaving corporate coaching and launching into private coaching for empty nesters ready to discover their next purpose and calling.

The Challenge: Chuck is a powerful speaker, but when it comes to putting his thoughts into writing, he struggled to get the messaging just right. He wanted a polished website that reflected the quality of his caring demeanor and strength to guide people onto the right path.

The Solution: I researched his voice, his clients, and the scriptures that Chuck refers to often, and combined them into compelling copy that was a perfect fit.
